E\PCOS Special Focus Issues: Physica Status Solidi - Rapid Research Letters (PSS-RRL)
A special issue on phase-change and ovonic materials is published every year in Physica Status Solidi (RRL) - Rapid Research Letters journal as part of the European Symposium on Phase-Change and Ovonic Science (E\PCOS) (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/pb-assets/assets/18626270/pssRRL_Focus_Issue_EPCOS-2021-1625732476647.pdf).
This special issue summarizes recent and innovative scientific and technological achievements in phase-change materials, as well as their possible new application areas. In addition to recent advances in this field, the aim is also to present emerging interests in neuromorphic computing, phase-change photonics and plasmonics. Therefore, this special issue provides an overview of the state of the art, both experimental and theoretical, for experienced and young researchers interested in these topics.
The third edition, including accepted papers in frame of E\PCOS2021 is currently "in production" and we look forward to sharing it with you soon.
2022 will be the fourth issue of this journal featuring results from E\PCOS2022. The Call for Papers will be sent out by the PSS-rrl editor-in-chief in due course, with invitations sent out to authors of the accepted papers who indicated interest in contributing to this special issue.
